The Texas Wing Calendar is owned by the
Chief of Staff. For any changes,
additions or deletions to the calendar,
please contact Lt. Col. Max
Hays
with your request. Once he approves it, he'll submit
it to the
Webmaster.
Staff Support Page
Individual Texas Wing staff officers own
their respective support page. If you
are the page owner, contact the
Webmaster. Otherwise, contact the
page owner (as posted on that page) to
obtain permission to change the page.
To ask for any changes, please
1. Give the URL of the page to be
changed (it starts with
http:// at the top of your browser);
and
2. Clearly indicate what you need.
a. If it is a change, please give the
current text and the text you want it
replaced with;
b. If it is an addition, indicate where
you want it added; and
c. If it is a deletion, copy the
existing word or line as it appears on
the webpage.
Linked File Update
Many files on this website need periodic
revision and/or updating. Some of them
are linked to only one line on only one
page. Others are linked to multiple
locations on the website. To ease the
webmaster's burden, and avoid errors,
please send in the same kind of file
that is now posted on this website. If
it is a .doc, replace it with a .doc; if
it is an .xls, replace it with an .xls,
and if it is a .pdf, replace it with a .pdf.
The webmaster will keep your updated
file with the name you give it, but post
a copy of your file with the "generic
name" that will be called by one or more
existing links on the website. This only
requires overwriting an old file, as
opposed to re-linking one or more
calling points.
