Who needs a CAP Drivers License?
Anyone who intends to drive a CAP vehicle, who is 21 years of age or older.
CAP members under 21 may not drive CAP vehicles.
How do I get my CAP
Driver's License?
To obtain a
CAP Motor Vehicle Operator
Identification Card CAPF 75 (CAP drivers
license).

Fill out
TXWGF 77-1 Attachment 1 Request for
CAP Motor Vehicle Operator’s Permit.
Include your phone number and e-mail on
the 77-1 (A1)

Copy both
the front and back of your Drivers
License.

Obtain a
copy of your driving record for the past
three years.

At your
local DPS office

Some
insurance companies will give you a
copy for free if you ask.

All three items need to be sent to Wing
via the Admin e-fax @
866-867-6764
or the admin email address
admin@txwgcap.org.
Once all three items are received by
Wing, your CAP DL if approved will be
mailed within 7 days of receipt.

this web page at least monthly - if your
report has been received, it will be listed
under the Vehicle Report link above.
