How to Navigate This Site
Shrinking a website to a very small screen is a challenge.
At the bottom of the first page in the About Us section, you'll see a Warning / Disclaimer / Copyright notice as prescribed by CAPR 190-1. At the bottom of every page, there is a Warning - Disclaimer link in place of the text displayed at the bottom of the opening page.
On every page, the bottom line is a Home Page link to the very first page on this site.
The site is divided into six major sections. The current section is always displayed as the first item on the second line from the top. In this case, it is [ About Us ]. Right next to it there is a Navigate Site link. Click on it to see the navigation choices from your current page. At the top are the six sections. Right below them, all the links to pages or documents pertinent to your current page. Some of these links are HTML pages, others are documents, yet others are external links. Your current page is shown with the word (current) next to the main section and local link.
All external links open in a different window. When you're done with it, close it and you'll be back at the place where you called it from.
All document links also open in a different window.
All local HTML links replace your current view with the new one, preserving your ability to navigate this site.
