How to submit an item for posting on the Wing Calendar
Any item submitted for publication on the Texas Wing Calendar needs to answer the following questions, providing documentation as shown below.
1. Date(s) - If it is a one-day event, the actual date. If it is a multiple-day event, the dates it covers.
2. Location - Description - Comments. "Location" means the city where it takes place. "Description" is a short statement that tells what it is. "Comments" are one- or two-word references to anything else, such as an OPS PLAN, SPIN, or Special Instructions, that must be submitted as a separate document for hot-linking here.
3. Level - Please state whether this is a Wing, Group, or Local level event. For instance - The ACP for an ACE would be a wing level event. The ICP for an ACE would be a group level event (specify which group, please).
4. Project Officer - The name of the person with overall responsibility for the event, with preferred e-mail address. If no e-mail address is given, the webmaster will use that person's primary e-mail address of record on eServices.
