Commander Page
On behalf of the nearly 3100 hundred men, women and young adults of the Texas Wing, CAP -- the auxiliary of the United States Air Force -- I would like to take this opportunity to welcome you to our Web site.
We take great pride in our commitment, our volunteerism, and our service to not only the beautiful state of Texas, but this great nation. We are a group of volunteers from every walk of life who are individually and collectively dedicated to integrating three very important endeavors: service, education and developing our youth to meet the ever-changing challenges of tomorrow. Our corporate slogan, "Where imagination takes flight," is witness to our commitment to innovation and creativity.
If you're already a CAP member, I hope you'll learn a bit on how we do things here in Texas. On the other hand, if you're not (yet!) a member of the Air Force Auxiliary, I hope you'll look around a while. Between the information on our site and what's available at our National Headquarters site, I'm sure you'll find most everything you need. Still, if you have any questions, either about CAP in general or about the Texas Wing, I invite you to send me some email directly, and I'll do my best to get back to you (personally or from one of my staffers who would have the expertise regarding your question) with the answer or information you request as soon as possible.
Meanwhile, enjoy your visit! If you have any suggestions for improving this site, please contact me or the Webmaster.
Fly safe!
