Our Mission
The mission of an organization describes its reason for existence.
Mission statements are broad and expected to remain in effect for an extended
period of time.
Texas Wing Mission
The mission of the Texas Wing, Civil Air Patrol, is to provide highly trained,
equipped and motivated professional volunteers with the primary mission objective
to save lives and relieve human suffering in a peacetime support of our community,
state and national interests.
Our Vision
We will:
* Be capable of dynamic response to the challenges of the 21st Century.
* Recognize and respect the value of each member.
* Be committed to excellence through continuous improvement
Our Motto
The motto of the Texas Wing is "Nulli Secundus" which is Latin for "second to None."
It is as accurate and appropriate today as it was when gallant airmen earned the motto
in the skies over Europe during World War II.
